How many days a year do you hunt? 60 plus

Favorite piece of gear? Scent Blocker. Nothing works 100 percent, but it does the job.

Gear you splurged on? My Mathews bow. Your bow is your most important peice of equiptment.

Most memorable outing in Illinois? In 2005 I was fortunate enough to rattle in, and harvest my largest buck to date. He green scored 171 inches at the 2006 Deer and Turkey Classic.

What got you interested in hunting? I come from a long line of hunters in my family.

How long have you been hunting? I harvested my first doe with a gun when I was in fifth grade, so about 11 years

Favorite species to hunt? Whitetail deer. No feeling compares to seeing North America's most magnificent species while on a stand.

What breed hunting dog do you have? Chocolate Lab

Favorite places to hunt in Illinois? Our property in Tazewell County, however Pike County is dynamite!
